At Bayu The Label, we want you to feel confident in your swimwear and apparel. If your items aren't the perfect fit, you can return them within 14 days of delivery provided they are in original condition with all hygiene liners intact.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags in their original packaging, ensuring the hygiene seal has not been removed.

  Ship the Items

  Attach the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
